At Chicks Who Ride Bikes, we love getting women into riding... and in these crazy times, with restricted social gatherings and face to face meet ups, it's important we help you feel confident and build fitness from home.

This 6-week bike training program can be done on any old trainer but works best with Zwift.

You'll get 3 sessions per week written by CWRB cycling super coaches which are automatically tailored to your fitness level!

Get started on this 6 week program which is beginner-friendly, super fun & an effective way to build base fitness.
